As a certified Reiki practitioner trained in the traditional Dr. Usui method, I offer a unique blend of ancient wisdom and intuitive guidance to support your journey towards healing and wholeness. 

"Rei" means universal, referring to the life force energy present everywhere.

"Ki" refers to that life force energy flowing within each of us.
